Field Work

Our specialised machinery department allows us to practically assist our growers to meet the many needs of specialty crops.  Years of practical experience and constantly improving technology combine to assist the crops to reach their potential every season.

Seed Cleaning

Our experienced technicians and comprehensive range of seed cleaning equipment ensure crops can meet or exceed contracted requirements. We are continually looking to improve our technology and machinery to ensure prompt processing and the highest possible seed quality.

Quality Control

Our own seed laboratory performs multiple quality control checks throughout the cleaning process. Our team then carry out germination and purity testing on all clean seed lots to ensure the most efficient cleaning, packaging and shipping times.

Shipping

SPSNZ manages the shipping of all seed, Our close proximity to shipping ports and an international airport enables seed to be dispatched quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

Research and development

SPSNZ has a strong focus on improving our crop management and processing. We conduct our own ‘in house’ trials and projects while, for larger technical projects we engage with the local agricultural university.
